Squanch Games' fast-talking-guns shooter High On Life is headed to VR, with Flat2VR Studios handling the conversion in collaboration with the original developer. The port is confirmed for Meta Quest, PlayStation VR2, and SteamVR, targeting a 2027 release window.
Flat2VR says the adaptation goes beyond a straight camera swap — the game's signature "living guns," traversal, and NPC interactions are being rebuilt as VR-native systems rather than simply pointed at a headset. The studio has reportedly been working with Squanch Games on the conversion for close to a year, and the port is said to already run natively on Quest hardware.
The game is wishlistable now on the Horizon Store, Steam, and PlayStation Store, and was announced alongside System Shock VR and Impact Inked's new PSVR2 publishing initiative at the same showcase.
