Trombone Champ: Unflattened picked up its first licensed content pack this week with Disney Movie Magic Vol. 1, adding six Disney songs to the VR rhythm game's setlist on Meta Quest, PlayStation VR2, and SteamVR.
The pack pulls from five different Disney films — "A Whole New World" from Aladdin, "Under the Sea" and "Part of Your World" from The Little Mermaid, "You've Got a Friend in Me" from Toy Story, "Be Our Guest" from Beauty and the Beast, and "Circle of Life" from The Lion King — each playable across two new themed stages: a miniature Toy Story-inspired bedroom and an underwater Little Mermaid set. Three new collectible trombones round out the drop.
The DLC was originally teased for a same-day reveal at this month's VR Games Showcase before shifting to its own release the following week, giving the game's already-chaotic trombone-slide gameplay a batch of genuinely recognizable melodies to butcher.
